My passion for helping people and providing the best possible service is what sets me apart from everyone else.
I’ve been renovating my own properties since 2007, then friends and family started asking for help with their projects. With my autobody background, I was a natural at drywall repair and paint. Everything else I learned as I went. I made mistakes (never more than once!) and learned from every experience until I got to a point where I’m able to confidently take on most home renovations.
I have a competent crew of licensed and insured sub-trades to help me complete any project. Being a woman working in male dominated industries for my entire career has had its advantages and disadvantages.
The reason I wanted to branch out on my own was because I found the lack of communication, integrity, reliability, trust, and just plain showing up was all seriously missing in the renovation industry. As general contractors, we’re coming into your home, and into your life, for the time it takes to get the job done.
You want someone who is going to show up and do what they say they’re going to do. Yes, stuff happens, but there is nothing in this world that can’t be overcome with communication and a game plan. Working with a female General Contractor has its advantages – Excellent communication and follow-through are paramount.

Renovation Projects
Before we schedule a visit, I will request a description of the work along with a couple of photos sent either by email or text.
During a phone call with you after that, we will discuss the project and the budget. If we are aligned in our numbers and expectations, then we will schedule a consultation.
My initial consultation rate is $150 which includes a thorough walk-through, design ideas, and a written estimate. When you decide to use us for the work, that amount will be credited to your invoice. This way my time is covered whether you decide to use my company for the work or not, and you have a written quote to do with what you’d like. Win win!
What a Bathroom, Kitchen, & Basement Remodel can Cost:
$20,000 – $25,000
This includes demolition and disposing/recycling of all materials. A new shower/bathtub, toilet, plumbing updated, flooring, tile work, new vanity, baseboards, paint, new lighting, and all finishing.
$35,000 – $55,000*
This includes demolition and disposing/recycling of all materials. Basic custom cabinets. Quartz countertops. New sink, faucet, backsplash, paint, flooring and all finishing.
* This does not include cost of appliances
$50,000 – $80,000*
This includes demolition and disposing/recycling of all materials.
Custom built cabinetry with more design and finishing choices for the doors. Quartz or granite countertops. New sink, faucet, backsplash, paint, flooring and higher end finishes.

$40,000 – $60,000
Includes design, permit, framing, new doors, drywall and finishing, paint, electrical, floors, trim and all finishing. Add a bathroom – see above.
$100,000 – $150,000*
Includes design, permit, framing, new doors, drywall and finishing, paint, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, floors, baseboards. Bathroom, basic kitchen, laundry hookups, legal entry.
$85,000 – $130,000*
Same amount of work as a legal basement suite without a stove or the soundproofing requirements.
